Choosing the right childcare and preschool for your child is an important decision. At Little Palace Preschool Gymea, we understand that families want to feel confident, informed and supported when selecting an early learning environment.
We’ve brought together the information families ask us about most, from our educational approach and experienced educators to daily routines, safety practices and school readiness programs.
Our experienced educators provide individualised support that helps children develop confidence, independence, creativity and a lifelong love of learning.
Through gentle routines, responsive care and secure relationships, we create a calm and comforting environment where children feel safe, settled and supported throughout the day.
Additional educators are rostered daily to assist with programming, breaks and operational needs, helping maintain a calm and well-supported environment across the centre.
Many of our room leaders and educators are parents themselves and bring extensive industry knowledge, warmth and understanding to their roles. Our nominated supervisor is a qualified early childhood teacher with more than 18 years of experience and remains actively involved in the education and care of children each day.
We maintain secure drop-off and pick-up procedures and have CCTV monitoring installed throughout the centre to support safety and supervision.
To protect children’s privacy and dignity, nappy change and toilet areas are excluded from CCTV monitoring. These spaces are designed with open visibility and large windows that allow ongoing oversight from surrounding educators.
Educators store personal phones securely during work hours, with only approved centre devices used for documentation purposes.
Families can feel confident knowing their children are cared for in a safe, secure and professionally managed environment.
If I could rate this centre 100 Stars I would. Ms Esperance and all the educators (every single one of them, Darlings and Treasures) are phenomenal. They have provided both my daughters with exceptional care, love, support, kindness, education and have taught them things I would have not known how. The centre really is our second family and I am forever grateful to every single educator there.
They go above and beyond to support every child and for a fact, my daughter was extremely difficult and they never gave up on her and always continued to provide abundant love and support to me and her. I will forever be grateful to this centre and their educators and I highly recommend them always. I cannot imagine my children in any other place. They are hands down, the best centre EVER.

We have a very positive experience with Little Palace daycare. The educators are caring, patient, and genuinely invested in the children’s wellbeing and development. Even when we experienced my child’s behaviour changes, educators were very supportive to try different approaches and work together which means so much as a parent.
The centre is always clean, organised, and full of engaging activities that encourage learning and creativity. Communication with families has also been excellent — we always feel informed and supported.
I’m very grateful for the kindness and dedication of the whole team and would highly recommend this daycare to other families.
Incredibly grateful for the hard working and loving educators! I am that mother who freaked out and was scared to trust anyone to look after my kids. My kids have thrived at Montessori Junior. My son received school read workbooks and my daughter who is 2 is loving her room educators. Highly recommend. On a side note, they really loved/love the food, my son stills ask me to make recipes like daycare and he is in kindergarten. As a mother I love the special celebration they put on for Easter, mothers/father’s day/Christmas – where I get to meet the other parents !
My son started at 9 months here, whilst he didn’t take to it at first, the beautiful staff would always seek ways to assist the transition to help make it a better experience for him. Now he is 2 and stands at our front door ready to go. My daughter has also started and she also has a great time.
We love how the owner takes a hand on approach within the centre and every single staff member has been so amazing to our kids we absolutely will recommend to anyone.
Fantastic day care with wonderful carers. Our daughter loves it, and happily tells us about her day each night. There are lots of different spaces for the children to play in, including an excellent outdoors area which is quite shady. There is also a covered outdoors area so the kids can still play outdoors during poor weather.
Little Palace has been a huge part of our lives for the last four years. To us, they aren’t just educators—they are family. Miss Esperance and the entire team of educators treated our son like one of their own. Their open communication and warm hearts made a world of difference for our family. We will truly miss them and cannot thank them enough for the love they poured into our son.
I cannot speak highly enough of the educators at Little Palace. They’re loving, thoughtful, attentive, responsible, kind, organised, and the list goes on. All fears I had about sending my baby to childcare have been truly alleviated by this wonderful team led by Miss Esperance and Miss Loretta, and I now can’t imagine life without them and their support.
My daughter joined Little Palace when she was 6 months old, now she is 4 years old, she loves every single teacher there and the director of Little Palace is already like a part of our family. Two years ago without hesitation I enrolled my son in Little Palace.
